Art is very important to many people, not only because it’s a part of history but also because it teaches us how to be human. Art shows expression and how to feel and understand one another. There is so much you can do with art and I believe that It needs to be included in school and learning. The STEM programs should not just be all math and sciences based, they should also have the creative aspect of art making it STEAM. Although at the same time I can see how people may find that unnecessary. That people are paying to go to school to be taught what their future is going to be and not how to learn social skills and expression. That we pay for school for a reason and that reason being we take the classes that are absolutely necessary. Art is something you do when you feel inspired, how does it even teach us social skills? There are so many arguments that can be maid against the claim. You look at both sides and go with you’re heart even when you know you will have people who will fight that art is irrelevant.

This is on the right track. Consider beginning your paragraph with the naysayer. This way you can have a little more time to flesh out that counter-argument.
